Lian Quan Zhen is an award-winning artist and art teacher with a devoted international following. 

 

He has had many one-man shows in the U.S., Hong Kong and China. Lian's paintings hang in numerous institutions and private collections. He is a sought after juror for  both national and local exhibitions.  

 

In addition to conducting national and international workshops, he has taught summer painting classes for the University of California at Berkeley. The author of several books for North Light Publishing, Lian was honored to have them produce a coffee table book of his work, Chinese Watercolor Journey's with Lian Zhen.
